“The voucher said between 9-12:30 the day before in small print saw there was a designated time which was 9:20 emailed attractiontix if could change the time as impossible to get there for this time from where we was. Had some feedback but they did not resolve the problem then once We returned home was sent an email asking if I'd solved my problem as they had been off for a few days, even though it was only that person dealing with my request therefore very disappointed and out of pocket. Cannot rate the attraction as did not get to attend, my rate reflects attractiontix in regards to this booking”

“Attractiontix failed to tell me that you have to book a time slot when you arrive. We arrived at 11.30 to be told the next available time slot was 14.50 but that wasn't when we got on the cable car that was the time we started queueing for another hour!! We finally got to the top at around 15.40. So around 4 hours waiting around in all. As you can imagine my family and I weren't happy. I wish we had bought tickets from the volcanoteide website where you can pre-book a time slot.”

“Bought tickets for return ticket on cable car.Advice,do arrive early around 9am or you will not get parked.Tiede are now doing Fastrack tickets,dont get in this queque.You have to exchange your voucher for tickets at the right hand side of the ticket office marked internet vouchers(very small sign).Otherwise everything worked ok.Very pleased with ticket offer.”

“Great day out, once at the top by cable car you can then walk right to the top about a twenty minute walk. Long wait to get on cable car though so take plenty of water to drink in the heat and wear walking shoes!!!”
