“My 7 year old son enjoyed the whole time he was inside. I should have planned a bit about where to go first and which activity to do first. There was long queue. I will advise to take your Atractiontix ticket print out and go straight to kiosk line not to entrance. Thanks Attractiontix. I have recommended few of my friends.”

“Our trip to Kidzania went really well until the children went to spend their dollars in the child only shop at the end. Major meltdown as they couldn't find anything to buy and wanted Mummy to come in and help. I wasn't allowed and staff in the shop showed little interest in assisting. All I remember of our day was dragging tantruming children out of Kidzania as they wanted me to help them spend their dollars. Stupid set up - what harm would it have done to allow an adult in if the shop if staff were too busy to help?”

“Our kids (9 and 6) had a great time today (mid-week, between Xmas & New Year), and the tickets were much better value than available direct from KidZania. We arrived before the 10am opening and found it very quiet during the morning. However by lunchtime the place had filled up. There is currently a promotion with Westfield London, where if you show your KidZania boarding pass it provides equivalent discounts to the Westfield VIP Pass, i.e. between 10% and 20% in a number of shops and restaurants throughout. We used this to get a discount on lunch at Cabana.”
