“I bought tickets for me and my family my son is into formula 1 so had great expectations. But to be honest was a little let down. The amount of money which I paid I don't think it was worth it. The fastest roller coaster was great but was over in like 30 seconds lol.overall a food day out but wouldn't spend that kind of money to go again. Some of the staff at the customer service desk could do with training in how to talk to and respect children.was not happy with how the guy at the Ferrari cars photo opportunity behaved with my son who in the end ended up in tears. I did however give him a peace of my mind who then did apologise and gave a copy of my sons photo as a good will gesture. Still doesn't make up for my son being upset.”

“We went to Abu Dabi on a stopover to Thailand, main reason was the fastest roller coaster in the world at Ferrari World. Only downside is we bought tickets in advance, the queue to buy tickets on the day was flowing quicker than advance ticket holders! Not enough staff employed at ticket desk, complained and we were all upgraded to gold.”
