“Myself and my wife booked the 19:30 tickets and the view of Dubai at night is excellent. The meal at the burj club was lovely with brilliant view of the fountain display and the burj khalifa.”

“I bought tickets for my family for 5pm visit knowing sunset was circa 6pm. We arrived 30 mins early and entered the queue as advised. Sadly we didn't reach the top for circa 90 mins due to the number of fast track customers ushered to the lifts ahead of us. The view at night was disappointing as you couldn't really judge the height and certainly couldn't see even as far as the burj al Arab, let alone the Palm or desert further afield. Understandably worth a visit but go very early if you want to see more than a reflection of yourself in the glass, very hectic, viewing gallery.”

“Booked trip before we went. No problem collecting tickets from collection desk in mall. Wasn't rushed going round observation deck. I don't like heights but did it. Views where amazing and as we went in prime time had the best of both worlds seeing it in daylight and at night. A must to do when in Dubai”

“Only thing going for this is the view at the top, but unless you love to stand in a queue for ages then not really worth the money . We booked primetime tickets ( which is for sunset) by the time we got there sunset was well and truly over, Unless your quick the Queue for going down is just as long”

“If you visit Dubai, the Burj Khalifa is the biggest attraction (no pun intended!) and is something I guess almost everybody does. Getting in and going up was quick and easy and there is no time restriction once you're at the top. We went up late in the afternoon and stayed to see the sun go down. One thing I will say is that due to the heat in Dubai, the view was very hazy and not as clear as we would have liked, but obviously not the fault of the Burj!”
