“A bit gutted, bought it super excited to try lunar tides finally. Saw Lunar tides say that this is a black that fades neutral/grey. Been wanting a black that fades neutral as I have a white to black fade. But on me it doesn’t even come out black when first applied, it’s just a blue/green on my hair unfortunately.”

“Im sure the dye is amazing, BUT NOT YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I CANT SEE MY ORDER STATUS!!! I EVEN MAILED YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE 2 TIMES IN A ROW AND RECEIVED NO ASSISTANCE WHATSOEVER. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!!!”
