“Still haven’t received my item and paid for next day delivery it’s now Thursday and well be a week late on Saturday. I messaged to ask what was happening, then I get a message saying the parcel was refused but there was no attempt to deliver my parcel. I let them no but haven't heard back”

“Love this hairdye (both the brand and colour) I have pre lightened hair, doesn't work so well on my roots when they grow through mind (medium/dark blonde) put onto dry hair and leave for as long as possible, after a couple of applications it will last longer and slowly fades to a nice colour!”
