“Turned hair blue not purple ruined hair”

“My hair is currently a very soft lilac so I wanted to use this dye to brighten it up and cover the silver strands I had coming through just from natural colour fading. When I first opened the jar it looked very blue toned as opposed to the colour swatches online and also quite thin in consistency to what I'm used to but people raved about this brand so I added a bit of pink to it and went for it. When I say it did nothing for me I mean it didn't even tone the silver bits let alone dye any part of it. It also left me with just this one random small panel of a light steel blue/gray colour and it just doesn't look good. Super dissapointed overall with this and especially for the price!”

“The only thing good about the product was the delivery time. I followed the instructions to the point and got awful results, my hair was bleach blonde before using the dye and it turned out the colour was more pastel pink than iris purple. Am extremely unhappy and will never order this product again”
