“my issue is not with product itself but with the company. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. DO NOT BUY FROM ATTITUDE CLOTHING. I ordered them and bought next day delivery, I am still waiting for them three weeks later. They will fail to mention that they have to import some products from America. The import took around a week and a half. Meaning I should of received them days after them being imported, due to my next day delivery. I asked where my order was, and was informed of this. I was told it would be with me soon. I waited another week and messaged again; asking where my order was, I was told it would be with my the coming week on Wednesday. I was told this was due to my echeck/PayPal payment only being cleared the week earlier. When if I ordered next day I should have received it already. Meaning a total of four weeks later, after placing the order, when I’ve already waited three. From this I asked for a refund on my best day delivery and was told no, as they’d already sent it out, considering they’d sent it out on normal postage and it would take a week to reach me, this isn’t acceptable. I then asked for a discount if possible, considering I ordered a day before the Halloween discount and days before the offers on shipping, to compensate me, for paying for shipping I hadn’t received and still having not received my product. Considering I ordered the shoes for several events over the last three weeks, for the build up to Halloween. I was denied any compensation by someone named ‘Barry’, told that the price of demonias allowed no disscount. I asked for a refund. And was told I would have to wait to recieve them (if they ever arrive/and if they are even in good condition at this point considering the quality of this company) and then send them back. I asked if they would pay for postage and was told no, I would have to. Putting me out of pocket around £105. I then asked for a refund to start being processed and said I will send them back as soon as they arrive. From this I have been ignored. From this I can only gather that I won’t be getting my refund and I will not be receiving my shoes or money back. I have followed this brand on social media for years and I’m so disappointed. Buy them from dollskill, Amazon, pleasure shoes. Honesty anywhere else. I’m only giving one star, as I can’t give zero.”
