“I used one bottle which after having problems with bleach kit did no touch my hair, I followed instructions to the letter. Then paid high delivery charge for before 10am to put the second bottle on. This turned my hair a ash blonde from the brassy yellow the kit did. Therefore instead of graphite hair I am sag blonde. Buying a further dye but not this brand. Very unhappy with both products.”

“Can't fault the postage, fast and well wrapped, excellent communication from the company too. Product washed straight out of my hair and didn't work at all unfortunately, cracking company but product wasn't good”
