“This is an okay basic dress for ready made item and the fabric has a nice finish, too. Bodice is equally short in sizes 10 and 14, so the waist will sit really high on a medium to tall person. The skirt is not a full circle, which is worth noticing if you're going for an authentic 50's silhouette. There is no lining and short-cutting that step in construction shows especially at the keyhole, which pulls to the side when worn. An underskirt comes highly recommended. However, the spare button is a nice to have and scuff marks from being squished in transport may still come off with wash and iron.”
