“This item is extremely low quality, even for the price. The velveteen ribbon is scratchy and the material is such poor quality it looks natty without being worn. The clasp is low quality and the heart pendant is much brighter in color than the image. It is full of pink and blue glitter and also low quality. I would not have ever purchased if I had seen it in person.”
