“Bought these chairs in 2022 and loved them, ordered the same again in 2026 and the faux leather quality has clearly dropped, rougher texture, cheaper feel, side by side you can really see it.
Customer service put it down to "batch variation" and offered no refund or replacement, only a paid collection if we sent them back. Not quite the experience we expected from a repeat order of the exact same product.
Nice chairs originally, just wish the quality had stayed consistent.”

The 2 colours complement each other perfectly & the quality of these chairs is the best. I’m under 5ft & my husband is 6ft & we both feel the comfort level is beyond our expectations for a modern looking chair with a lower back. A great shopping experience difficult to find these days.”

There was a minor fault with the one we liked better but after a phone call it was replaced with no fuss. We organised to have the 4 new chairs delivered and return the other on the same day and it all went smoothly.
