“We ordered six Grafton Dining Chairs in walnut and beige and were unfortunately very disappointed with their condition on arrival. Every one of the six chairs had visible upholstery defects, including frayed and poorly finished fabric edges, loose threads and inconsistent finishing. The issue was present across the entire order rather than being isolated to one chair.
We contacted Atlantic Shopping with photographs and a video showing the issues. Unfortunately, we were told that this was how the chairs are manufactured and that the rest of the stock in their warehouse was similar. We found this particularly disappointing, as the quality and finish were not what we would expect from new furniture at this price point.
The chairs themselves have an attractive design and were exactly the style we were looking for, which made the experience especially frustrating. However, the quality control and upholstery finish were not acceptable to us, so we ultimately returned them.
Overall, we were disappointed with both the quality of the chairs and the response to the defects. Based on our experience, we would recommend considering this carefully before purchasing.”
