“Mason Bar Stool Atlantic Grey | On receipt of my order of two Mason bar stools I had a problem as one of them was slightly damaged and more of a “seconds” quality. I emailed Atlantic Shopping customer service to report this and asked for advice on what they could do to help resolve the issue. I received the stools on 08/04/21 and sent my email at 15.40pm that afternoon. At 16.32pm I received an email from customer service apologising that I had a problem and that a replacement seat had been dispatched to me. I received the replacement in perfect condition on 09/04/21!
I cannot recommend this company and their excellent customer service department highly enough and am very happy to recommend them to any future purchasers. I love the stools, great colour, very comfortable and good value for money.”
