“FABULOUS !!! | Ok, I've been searching for about two years for the perfect bar stools for our now 5 year old kitchen! I had some cheap ones, but I thought I was never going to find 'the one's I wanted.
My requirements were:- High back, with a cut out bit in back (don't ask why - thought it would be less of a 'solid block' in the kitchen without it!), grey leather, four legs AND swivel chair base.
I called the shop just before lockdown & they were super healpful and I was considering a drive to them to check out the stools, but lockdown prohibited this. I then procrastinated for another 10 months before buying them! I honestly thought, at this price there's something going to be wrong or they'll feel/look 'cheap'.
How wrong I was. These were easy to put together, arrived super quickly and are almost perfect. Ok - I'm mega fussy ! The reason I'll give 9.9 out of 10 is that I thought the faux leather would be shiny/wipeable faux leather. These are more of a nubuck fabric faux leather and whilst they actually look gorgeous, I'd worry they may stain ? I have had water spilt on them already, but that didn't stain, so hoping for the best. This is SUCH a minor point, but the picture does appear to show a shiny leather, so thought I'd let you know if this is a deal breaker for you.

The chairs are extremely comfortable and wide enough I can imagine for even those with larger behinds to fit in! Hubby is 6'5 and finds these extremely comfortable too.
There are very few four legged swivel chair bar stools around. Atlantic I'd say has the best choice around, at such reasonable prices & for us, the Kite bar stool was just (9.9!) perfect!”
