Stool arrived quickly but was missing a small but critical part.
I phoned Atlantic and spoke to one of their staff. They realised it was a simple packing error at their side and promised a replacement part.
I’ve experience of waiting and waiting for parts from suppliers who seem to forget about the customer once the cheque has cleared.
