“These are the perfect size for my small kitchen, and I love the design. Unfortunately, they arrived in a damaged box that looked as if it had already been opened (the yellow sticker had been ripped). Before we opened the box, we contacted the company to voice our concerns, and they said the box might have been opened by warehouse staff for inspection, but that the stools were not a return from another customer.
We proceeded to open the box, and the first stool base we took out was badly scratched. We contacted Atlantic again, and they offered to send a replacement. However, by now, we had lost all faith in their quality control and instead decided to send both stools back.
On the positive side, customer support was very helpful, they answer the phone quickly, and the stools were picked up the following day.”
