You do have to ensemble them yourself, which I would've preferred not to do (but then, don't we all) however the instructions are straightforward and constructing them was simple/easy. Once ensembled a great product! They look fantastic and are very comfortable. The service I received was brilliant. Delivery was very efficient and (when I needed to call relating to my order) the customer service was excellent and very well managed. I would definitely recommend this product and the company. And I would definitely buy from them again.”
