“Outstanding service | I ordered 2 of these bar stools at 1.30pm on a Friday, but because of the bank holiday, delivery wouldn't be until Tuesday which was totally fine by me. But I was astonished to receive a text the following day (Saturday morning) to say my item would be delivered between 10am and 11am that day! And bang on 10am, I had my delivery, less than 24 hours after placing the order. What fantastic service, it far exceeded my expectations.
The stools were well wrapped and packed and were very easy to assemble too. They look great in my kitchen. I've hardly used them (as they only arrived today) but they feel sturdy and of a high quality. Overall, I am really impressed with the product and service. Thank you...and keep it up.”
