“Far superior to national health perch stool | Our old perch stool’s legs ( x4), tapered out and we’re more harmful than help, and it shouted “disabled”. This Mimi brushed steel, is certainly contemporary. Thought I wanted it to be heavier in quality, but it’s medium weight is just right for manoeuvring around the kitchen. The upholstery is top quality. Depending on how you need to use the stool, you can interpret it’s rating…. I didn’t want it for hours of comfortable sitting (short back support), I didn’t want it for a big person. It is for perching while prepping meals, and so the perfect choice for me. Assembling it was easy until the seat height adjuster “didn’t work”…… a very helpful customer service lady checked my construction, and yes, I had not followed them exactly enough. Works perfectly. Also nice for when someone is visiting, to sit while you keep prepping.”
