After checking our system it seems this is the first time we've been made aware of the issue; in the rare event of damage or a defective component, we will always send a replacement out to solve the problem. “Couldn’t be happier with these internal bifolds! They have completely transformed our home - they’re such a feature! I love that they’re top hung so no ugly track on the floor which means the two rooms join together seamlessly when the doors are open.”
