“Love this grass, we were torn between this one and spending a little extra on the longer ‘Sherwood’, in the end, I’m glad we went for this one. We did our front garden, so will never spend a great deal of time on it. When we do the back garden we will probably go for sherwood, just for a bit of extra comfort. But to look at this grass is great, and it is still comfortable.”

“The grass it’s self is great, had lots of comments about how good it looks, purchasing and everything was very straight forward. My only slight gripe with the whole process is the lack of communication from ordering to getting a definitive delivery date. Ordered and it said 1-10 working days and it wasn’t until the 8th working day, I was told it would be delivered on the 10th working day. Just a bit more forward notice on when delivery is scheduled for would be great and make it a 5 star service.”

“The woman who called to update me on delivery was great. The product is good but the foreign delivery driver was a bit of a let down. "I do door to door delivery, that's it", no attempt whatsoever to ring beforehand or send a text to say he was on his way, no attempt whatsoever to wait around so that I could get clearance from the building site behind my house for me to have his truck deliver directly to the back garden. He blocked the entire road when we came making it a rushed delivery! Sure, I was in the wrong when I swore at him but I only swore at him because of his attitude. He practically wanted to leave the grass on the street, even putting it in a safe place inside my block of flats was a hassle for him! I should have explained my situation better in the delivery notes i.e. that the normal road behind my house is currently a building site but this was a guy who never wanted to help find a solution, he just wanted a quick drop off and away but it was also the way he spoke to me in letting me down. "I no do that". His demeanour was negative!”
