“Ordered on 5th May, paid £12 shipping for edging strips, it’s now the 11th May and I’m still waiting, not been contacted to explain why”

Hello. I believe this order was placed on Wednesday night, the 5th of May, and was then out for delivery on Tuesday the 11th. So this order was processed internally in 3 working days. We have also tried to make contact but our phone number seems to have been blocked. We regret that you are disappointed, however, we feel this order meets our standards of service.
