“Beautiful samples but expensive and non refundable. I already know that I don't want green, grey or terracotta so I would have appreciated the option of ordering the samples I want to choose from i.e. chalk and ecru. In this day and age of reducing waste it seems silly that I had to buy a box of samples and flex that I have no purpose for.”

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand your point. We know a full sample box isn’t always ideal, and we’re working on offering individual samples later this year.

“The sample box is a really useful tool for being able to see the colours within the room and in different lighting. The colour we would have chosen from the online photographs is not the one we have now chosen from seeing the samples in the room. The packaging and presentation is beautiful and we received the samples within 48 hours of ordering them.
It would be good however if there was a return option or a discount off the lights ordered on return of the sample box as it seems a shame that the samples will be wasted once our choices have been made.”
“Sample box arrived promptly. It has definitely been worth getting - seeing the samples in real life has helped changed my mind about two of the lighter toned ones. It’s useful to have samples of the stone and flexes so as to play around with different combinations.”
