“I bought the Arthur Beale beanie and Erebus jumper. Both were well packaged and looked expensive on opening, which they should for the money. The beanie, and I've tonnes from various companies is probably the best I've purchased. Fits well, and I have a large head. It's comfortable, water resistant, looks great and smells wonderful. It also didn't make my head itch which some do. Like I say... best beanie ever... but that's my opinion. The jumper is heavy and I mean HEAVY, this is an absolute beast of a jumper... Be warned... If your always cold... Buy it and switch your heating off... It's soooo warm. If your looking for something to wear to keep you a bit warm... be prepared... it will roast you! It's so well made same as the beanie, I imagine it will last me decades and the best bit.... smells divine! Waterproofness... Its obviously not but I was curious and ran a sleeve under the tap... It did bead off a bit... but this is a wool jumper (what did I expect) so I was amazed but just curious. Both are superb quality items... Really superb quality. My only criticism is the cut of the arms and hip area. The arms are more tubes than sleeves and they do look a bit 'balloony' if that's a word... When you bend your arms. I'm hoping on more wearing they relax a bit. The bottom of the jumper near the hips again balloons out... As a fashion item... Erm maybe not good... But I bought this to be far from that and it ticks all those boxes hence the 5 star rating. If you love being outdoors and staying warm, love supporting local manufacturers, love nature and the smell of real wool... Oh my... It's divine I can't say enough... And arnt too fussed about fit and obviously have a few quid in your pocket... Don't look any further.. shop here...defo. But the beanie... Just buy the beanie at least. I may buy another in a different colour cos they are ace!”
