“I toyed with the idea of getting the Beerenberg pullover for some time, but I shouldn't have hesitated. Absolute top quality. I don't believe you could get a better pullover if you paid £100 more. It is quite heavy but in a comforting way. Very warm, and with a lot of wind resistance. You can double-roll the collar if you want a little more air around your neck, and it still looks great. After reading reviews, I wondered if the natural wool smell might be a bit strong, but it's very faint and quite pleasant. Initially, there was a little prickliness around the neck (I wear it with a t-shirt under), but it soon disappeared. I'm 5'10" with a 43" chest and size L fits perfectly for me - not loose and not tight. I couldn't be happier with the purchase.”
“I’m 6’2” and ordered a large. The fit is perfect. The feel is reassuringly heavy and robust and it is certainly a very warm jersey. The colour is a lovely dark brown and doesn’t show up the first from three small grasping children! It can be a little itchy if your skin is not used to wool but I’ve found that I soon get used to it and don’t notice after only a short while. During the recent cold spells it has become my ‘go-to’ bit of warm clothing. It’s a little expensive, but I think it will prove economical over time as it is a quality piece of clothing.”
