When dealing with little wee and poop accidents on floorings it is really important to make sure that you; 1. mix the concentrate to the correct formulation (to ensure the enzymes are in the right concentration to wake up and start multiplying), 2. clean up any hard matter or blot the area of excess urine first, and then make sure you really saturate the area. 3. leave it long enough to work. These are live enzymes that will digest any carbon based matter, but they need time to do that, so leave it as long as you want and also feel free to spray some more. They will keep working and digesting the poo or wee until they either dry up (they need to be damp to work) or all the carbon based matter is gone. Do you have any of the product left to try again at all?

Bio one™ is completely natural, and as such will struggle to work if you have already tried to tackle the issue with a cleaning product containing chemicals or bleach, which could be the issue. So Sorry you felt it didn't last long enough. The sachet is a one bottle mix only which lasts up to 2 weeks depending on how much is used. Just so you know, it will be more cost effective to purchase a 250ml or 500ml refill solution if you wanted to try again. Our 250ml makes roughly 7 bottles approx £2.70 per bottle, and our 500ml makes roughly 14 bottles, £2.30 per bottle.
