“Having an 11week old puppy means constant cleaning & I have used various products but Bio One has surprised me! Love the fact that it is a natural product and that it can be used on hard and soft surfaces. It cleans without removing any colour from carpet and I am unable to smell lingering puppy pee. However, puppy has revisited areas that she had previously peed on so she must be able to smell her scent but dogs sense of smell is far more advanced than a humans. Overall I am pleased and I will be ordering more.”

Hi Richard, Thank you for leaving a review :) Regarding the carpet, if you have some solution left try thoroughly spraying the affected area making sure the carpet is wet and sufficient liquid has soaked through to the base. Agitate with the microfibre cloth, wiping away any excess that might run down to the treads below. Leave between 10 -20 minutes making sure the affected area remains damp. After the appropriate time has lapsed, re-apply and Leave to dry. Do let us know how you get on Happy Cleaning The Aroma Team

“Very good took the doggy odour out of rug where he lays have ordered more as only ordered one sachet. Doesn’t make much so quite dear 200mls plus the 30mls in sachet would not let me use the 10% discount code on my second order”

Hi Julia, Thank you for taking the time to send a review, we are thrilled you like the product! So sorry you felt it was costly. The sachet is a one bottle mix only which lasts up to 2 weeks depending on how much is used. Just so you know, it will be more cost effective to purchase a 250ml or 500ml refill solution if you want to try again. Our 250ml makes roughly 7 bottles approx £2.70 per bottle, and our 500ml makes roughly 14 bottles, £2.30 per bottle. We hope to see you again Happy cleaning The Aroma Team
