“We re quite confused how to use the enzyme spray once we have prepared the appropriate amounts of the bio one concentrate into the spray bottle? I’m sure the empty bottles and the microfibre clothes are good quality But to clean off any food stains on our kitchen surfaces& tops or clean off any food stains left on our cutting boards after using the cutting boards has not been successful for us Maybe we re not using correctly? So even after leaving enzyme spray for half hour or more on our stained surfaces has not to been sufficiently effective to clean off hence requiring us to resort to conventional cleaning sprays and use conventional dish washing to remove food stains So far the good news bio one concentrates smells lovely : )”

We’re really sorry to hear that you’re not getting the results you expected so far. Enzyme-based cleaners work a little differently from conventional cleaners that use harsh chemicals — enzymes are natural and do not contain bleach or harsh chemicals, they’re designed by nature itself to break down organic matter at the source making cleaning easier, which is why they are really effective on odours, grease, and bio-film which includes stains, but certain harsh stains like artificial colourings and things like like tomato sauce or turmeric may need some mechanical action or soaking. Bio One isn’t a bleach or solvent, which is what might be needed for intense staining on surfaces — especially if it’s set-in or pigment-based That said, you’re absolutely right to question the usage — and we’d love to help troubleshoot it with you. Some key tips that may help: Make sure the spray is fully covering the surface, and on porous surface make sure enough is sprayed to allow the enzymes to penetrate into the fibres, and ensure it remains damp for at least 10–30 mins, spray more if needed. The enzymes continue to work whilst wet. Also some surfaces may need you to agitate it into the fibres such as carpets or soft surfaces. “I have some of the solution so ordered the bottle and cloths only. The new design bottle is great, I have mobility issues with my hands and it is really easy to use and just the right amount of liquid is sprayed. I hadn't tried the cloths before but they are now my favourite and I have quite a collection! They also wash well which is very important. Definitely recommend both.”
