Hi Sharon! Thank you so much for your feedback, glad that it is working well for you. If you have stubborn pet odour in your carpet the chances are its penetrated into the underlay, which could be why the smell is returning. We would suggest using Bio One pet odour remover as this contains live enzymes which penetrate deep into the underlay where the bad bacteria is growing causing the odour. The enzymes will completely remove the cause of the problem ! Hope that helps! The Aroma Team

“Arrived quickly but I was so frustrated that I could not open the tub! I ranted ( like a Karen!) and the lovely Bio One peeps gave a lovely response! Now that I have managed to open the tub and use it, I am really pleasantly surprised by the fresh, natural scent and how quickly it neutralised my dog's mess smells. Thank you. “I have tried a number of products to get rid of a stale urine smell in a rug. Although the smell had faded it was still there I saw this product on social media and decided to try it. I was not convinced it would work as I had already tried the BioOne liquid. I could not get the lid off so had to wait for my son in law. The first thing I noticed was the strong fragrance. I am asthmatic and it did make me a bit wheezy. Next time I will wear a mask. I brushed the powder into the rug and left it several hours before vacuuming it out. I was delighted that the urine smell had gone and the strong smell from the product had faded. I will recommend this product to my friends. Thank you”
