We assure you that each product is crafted with care, and the nose guard does have quite a strong smell. We can only imagine that you prehaps have received one that has a problem with it. “I recently purchased this product because I care for someone with some incontinence issues. This product does not work at all. Not fit for purpose. I am currently awaiting a response from an email i sent.stating this to aroma care solutions as i want a refund”
