“Postbox was not delivered within the time scale previously advised -3weeks late Overall size of chute was incorrect had to get local firm to adjust When chute was fitted originally ,wouldn't fit level , again had to cut and adjust Someone needs to make manufacturing drawings before commencing production and have these agreed with client , as well as some sort of quality control post production .”
