“When I placed my original order I ordered the wrong part. I rang the company and discussed what I required. I was advised that the particular part I required they were having difficulty sourcing. I was asked to return the part sent and, they would take the part I required off a pump they had in stock and send it to me. True to their word the part arrived within the week. Excellent service and it was a pleasure to discuss my requirements too. Thank you.”
