“The product itself is fairly standard and does what is required. The service however was excellent. Despatched by Royal Mail 48 hrs, after 10 days I started to get worried. Try tracking where a parcel is on Royal Mail these days. Good luck! Rang Aquapet and the lovely lady sent me some replacements free of charge which arrived the next day. 4 days later the originals arrived so were returned with gratitude.”
