“Lamp and O rings arrived and were fitted in 10 minutes so the supplied equipment is fine. However, the courier service from Royal Mail 48 was rubbish. The items were dispatched by the supplier on Monday with the RM48 promise of 2 to 3 days delivery. They arrived late on Thursday which I suppose is just within their promise. But what irked me was their track and trace system showed nothing between dispatch on Monday and confirmed delivery late Thursday, so I had no idea when to expect my order and was out when it arrived. Luckily a neighbour took the order in for me until I returned.”
