“Filter broke and needed new part asap found online and next day delivery. phoned to check and nice man confirmed all was being sorted and it did 11am the next day. Huge relief. My only comment is that the parts expensive for what it is but Aquapet price was very competitive compared to other sites. Not sure why its priced the way it is.”
