Ordered a sweet lucky tin for my son, a tin did arrive however was mainly full of weetabix, biscuits and a health supplement. My boy was gutted, he had been waiting for the courier excitedly. I spoke to someone in customer support who said I must have received the wrong lucky tin. However refused to send any replacement instead crediting my account with £1. Despite my protest they refused to simply send a few sweets to my boy, they have forever lost me as a customer due to their poor service and penny pinching. How difficult would it be (and honestly how much would it cost) to simply pick a few items from their warehouse and send them to him Poor show, I will be actively looking to review this company and ensure as many people as possible know that they actually don't care about their customers. If you want to shop from somewhere that genuinely cares about you, look somewhere else.

Not as good as the £1 box they've done before, nothing premium in this box this time 2 bags of crisps, coffee for a machine, pancakes ,and kids sweets not really worth the rrp price of £10 other than that and a melted chocolate Easter egg which had to be chucked I still love this company and their bargains :)

Not bad a few things I would not eat or drink as do not do junk food or fizzy drinks. They will not be wasted though as friends or homeless can benefit.

Loved my mystery box. There were a few items in there I would never have bought, but now I will. Shame I can't get one every time I shop
