“It is a beautiful orchid which complements the previous pink one I got fom you. The packaging was fine. It is just a pity that your Courier’s previously excellent delivery information and real time delivery van map seems to have deteriorated somewhat on the last 2 occasions I ordered a delivery for the Edgware area. I hope this is just a temporary glitch.”
