“I live in Italy and ordered some flowers for my sister. She loved the flowers and the delivery was promt. I made a mistake- I thought I had ordered the large, but it was actually the bijou. She sent me a picture and to be honest, it looked very small. It would be helpful I think, to have pictures of all the sizes so that one knows exactly what one is ordering. I got a discount of £20 off the order, so it wasn’t too bad. However, had I paid full price, I would have been peeved to have paid £50 for such a small bouquet, not mention delivery and currency....”

“This was a surprise gift to my daughter in Huddersfield. She sent me a photo of the flowers, they are very beautiful. However, DPD delivered them a day late. Also, didn't bother to knock on the door, just left them on the doorstep. It was fortunate that a neighbour had passed and knocked to let her know they were there. If you check your records, you will find that this is the second time this month that we have had a late delivery. No need for compensation this time, as all turned out ok. Thank You.”

“A beautiful bouquet, delivered on time and in perfect condition. This was ordered as a birthday surprise for a teenager who was positively thrilled describing it as 'the most incredible bunch of flowers...absolutely amazing!' Yet again, Appleyard have delivered and delighted. Thank you and, although a premium supplier with a slightly higher price ticket, I would certainly recommend Appleyard flowers.”

“The flowers a gift for my sister. They arrived on time a very good bouquet . But the roses which were large and beautiful. Sadly they have not lasted and the roses are going over after just 3 days and for £70 this is poor. I live in the Netherlands the home of flowers, cheap and lasting I get 10 days from roses. . I will recommend but am sorry that the flowers did not last well”
