“I sent this as a pick me up for a friend who recently had a heart procedure. The flowers died pretty much immediately. My friend contacted you directly as she didn’t want to disappoint me. You sent an equally poor replacement and then went onto to refund me. Never, at any one point did you feel the need to contact me (the customer) to let me know that my friend had such a poor experience. Having tried Freddie’s Flowers unsuccessfully I have gone on to try Valentte who are absolutely superb in a completely different way.”

“Although it was lovely to send 50 white roses, these were sent to my mum for her 50th birthday and requested to be left on the doorstop if she was not home as it was a surprise and I was away. They were not left on the doorstep but taken back to the house post office so my step dad went to the post office and waited hours to get them back so that they were received and did not die in the process. There is definitely something here that can be worked on.”

“These flowers were bought for me by a friend, they were left on my doorstep which was what my friend requested, it was such a lovely surprise, the packaging was as beautiful as the flowers and I will definitely use Appleyard to buy gifts for my family and friends in the future!”
