“Delivery was prompt and was notified via text. However the roses came bruised and other flowers a bit damaged - not the quality I have previously received from Appleyard considering a premium compared to other florists is paid for their products. Appreciate it was mothers day and they are probably busy but I did place my order 4 days prior giving enough time not to receive old roses.”
