“My daughter was very pleased with her lovely roses which arrived as planned on her birthday. I had been worried that they hadn’t gone out on time and spoke to someone from Appleyard who looked into it and made sure all went smoothly. Beautiful flowers (and vase), excellent service, and reasonable price, I will use them again!”

“Roses were not pink they were red, doesn’t look anything like the picture. 2 single stems rather than the thick plant shown in the image. Looked half dead when it arrived as died 3 days after. Very disappointed”
