“This company failed to include the personal message and then offered me £5 compensation. Hardly fair given I could have gone to B&Q bought a bigger cheaper tree and dumped it on the door step. The tree was a massive disappointment it was less than 60cm and very shabby looking. Do not order from these people. Nearly £50s worth of nothing.”

“It was sent to a friend as a retirement present - it arrived on time and was presented well and has been put on her patio - certainly at this time it looks in excellent condition however only time will tell. But from the perspective of the delivery, product and price excellent thankyou”
