“I ordered a bouquet of flowers to be delivered to my mother-in-law for her anniversary. I had used appleyard flowers before & was really happy with the service they had provided. Having spoken to my mother-in-law she said the flowers were beautiful , they arrived on time & were well presented. She also said that the gentleman who delivered them was polite & courteous . Thankyou again for your help , would be happy to use your service again in the future.”

“For the money I paid for these flowers, i thought they would be a larger bouquet, and they would arrive fresh, but they were wilted, and i felt really ashamed to give them to the person i bought them from. I could have bought a bouquet from the local supermarket, which would have been much cheaper and larger and fresher.”
