“I ordered citrus coulis but received a different bouquet. I was advised by text there had been a change to the order which would be confirmed by email. No explanatory email was however received. I could not identify the bouquet I actually received from your website. As the flowers were for an anniversary I was grateful to receive the bouquet that was sent but am disappointed not to have received the email (either in my inbox or in spam ). I would have preferred Citrus Coulis which is a much more colourful display which is why I have rated the bouquet actually received as acceptable and not as good or very good.”
