“This was a gift for someone else. I only saw it from a distance. Your customer service assistance on Friday was helpful, and the delivery arrived at the time requested. But, I dont like not having telephone customer service, and I didnt receive a text informing me about my 2 hour window, despite choosing the more expensive service. However, as a nurse, I very much appreciated the NHS discount.”
