“This is not the bouquet received. the bouquet we have received has roses, carnations, a purple flower that I don't know the name of and foliage with a red berry. They look lovely but one of the carnations stems was completely broken and one of the roses was unsaveble They were delivered in a timely manner thank you.”

“I live in Canada and sent the monthly flowers to my daughter in law in London, perhaps you should ask her if she enjoys the flowers. Maybe sent a note with the next bouquet so she could email you.”
