“Lovely arrangement, with an abundance of stems. Only criticism would be the overkill on packaging, but I guess you need to ensure they stay intact.”

“Flowers weren't delivered to my home address and delivered somewhere completely random. Subsequently received flowers 2 days late after they had been left out in the rain and hail despite being at home all day and the delivery driver not actually attempting to deliver to the actual address listed. Very disappointing as I've always normally had great service from Appleyard but this occasion was beyond sub standard.”
