“* thanks appleyard customer services who have since reached out to resolve the issue which is great service from the company and I trust them to help if something goes wrong however my review below still stands* Ordered the largest size in Grande. Firstly the picture is misleading as thats not how it looks, secondly the 3 out of 4 peonies already arrived bloomed. The roses were bruised with some black spots and not fresh and vibrant like other florist bouquets and loads of foliage included and already wilted. They already looked old. The large size in all honestly was not big enough for £84.99. I had a discount code I used however it still was not worth £50. I have recieved many sub par bouquets from this place and I think its just their standard which is why their happiness guarantee is so easy to redeem on as they know themselves they are not trying hard enough.”
