“My issue is with the delivery. It was supposed to arrive Tuesday. The on line tracker was not working. So I went on the on line chat and was reassured it would be delivered. It was not until the following day at fine 1pm. I tried twice to raise this on the on line chat to no avail. My partner loves the flowers but the delivery service is dreadful and late which means the flowers have been left without water too long. The on line chat service is not helpful in any way.”

“These were bought to cheer my daughter up after a trying time. The Coral Peonies were absolutely fabulous and she said they were so beautiful she couldn’t stop looking at them! I will be ordering again Thankyou Appleyard”

“The flowers were not delivered and nobody at Appleyard responded to my messages. The customer service phone lines were always busy until finslly, 10 days later, I rang the order number and Claudia agreed a refund. Not at all impressed and will not use this company again.”

“Sent these to my daughter for her birthday as peonies are her favourite flower and especially scented ones! She was thrilled, they arrived on time, well packaged and lasted well. Good value for money. Will use again.”
